Chef's knife with a 360 layer, 21. 5 cm Damascus blade. This knife's handle uses top of the line Makassar ebony as handle material. The ebony used stems from cut offs of the original material used for the flooring of some of the rooms of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The knives feature solid silver bolsters, which have been etched with an Arabic geometric pattern
